Staff was very nice. But the place is a little rough around the edges. Room smelled strongly of bleach. No washcloth or hand towel. Loudest heater/AC I have ever encountered. Just a cheap stay near the airport (I had a 5:30am departure).

Do not stay here if you have kids. The place is very dated and dirty. Staff allowed me to check the room before checking in. Gald he did, room is dated. Bathroom was dirty with broken faucet.

Sheets blankets were FILTHY staff changed it all out for me. Room was supposed to be non smoking room. You can smell the smoke!! No shampoo no soap ripped tattered threadbare towels no Tissues room did not have iron …. Floors furniture not clean ….. bathtub gross.

Quiet location away from traffic. Water pressure in the shower needs some help. Short drive to University of Rochester. Warm shower and comfortable beds, met the needs of a simple traveler. Friendly puppy greeter, loves chin rubs.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and very very welcoming! The hotel is conveniently a 17 minute walk from the airport and a 4 minute drive. Definitely an ideal spot for a one night stay (what I did). The hotel definitely needs some renovating to do and cleaning. There is a small lobby lounge and on site parking. Wall are thin - Try and get a room as far away from entrance, you will hear all the noise from people coming in and out and it kept me up at night! Overall, a good place to shower and lay down for a night.

The front desk staff were very professional and responsive.
However, the room was not clean (dirt on the floor and stains in the bathroom). Other accommodation in the area at the time were expensive, so I opted for a cheap stay. I would say I got what I paid for.

Good accommodations for the low price.
There had been damage to the roof over entrance so customers were rerouted to a side door. direction signs to office clearly visible. Desk clerk was very helpful. Bathroom had no vanity space. Bolt lock on door didn't work well. But room was clean and comfortable.

Think twice if this is not your speed
I went in to the hotel but noticed that it seemed like a drug/hooker/crack head location. I could not stay there.
The person at the front desk was wonderful and allowed me to cancel my stay. This was the worst condition hotel I have ever seen. So dirty, so nasty, looked like a storied hooker hotel. But the service guy was super kind and excellent.

I had read reviews on the website before I booked My stay some were not good reviews some gave praise on the facility. I find the bad reviews we not correct. I enjoyed my stay the staff was great kind free coffee in the morning everything I asked for was given with no problem. It was very quiet the room was clean extra toiletries were there I had no problem with my stay. It does need updates but for the price and convenience it was a great place to stay I would stay again.
