"Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. "The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well."
