"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No cigarette odors. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Breakfast included and many tasty varieties provided - love the pancake maker! Staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Went over and above when asked for specific room close to family."

"Had a lot of long term says, they acted like it was there own home."

"The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. My mother had not been on an airplane in almost 20 years, and understandably she was very nervous about both flying and staying in a hotel. "Terrible place to stay and absolutely disgusting. Room smelled terrible I could barely stand being in there. Bed had cigarette burns in the blankets and there was no soap at all."

"All good, great stay for grandma."

"We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...

"Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly."

"The ability to get to and from the airport with ease and great timing. In the EARLY morning and before the time breakfast was to be laid out, the staff made to-go breakfast bags for those of us with early flights, with a bagel, cream cheese, and apple. She was very pleasant and helpful."

"Nice clean older motel."
