"Arriving on a Thursday late afternoon no one was available to help us check in. We waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. (The lobby door was locked.) After calling the phone number that was posted on the window several times (with no answer) we decided to ask the employees next door if they knew if anyone was working at the Days Inn lobby and we found the Hotel lobby staff at the smoke shop next door. After checking in to our room we noticed the lock on the hotel room door was broken and the bathroom had long hairs in the sink and the shower. The only good thing about the hotel is the location to the Harrah's casino (directly across the street) I will never stay here again."
