"Beautiful place and friendly staff"

"The owner was really nice and helpful! She gave us a map of all the local places we could try out. The place is clean and cozy and has everything you need for your stay in Ouray. It is very close to all the landmarks and places to check out!"

"Sonny, the manager, was very nice and helpful - customer focused!!! The hotel was in a convenient location and very clean."

"I know I am biased, my wife and I stay here at least two times a year, but we really love this establishment. Highly recommend, you can walk everywhere in town, the hot tubs are natural springs owned by the property, the staff is superlative, what more can I say."

"This is easily the coolest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Felt like we walked right in to the 1900s as soon as we stepped in the door. Very relaxed as far as the check in/out process goes. The room was clean and very historic with touches of modern amenities. The shared bathroom was very clean and kinda felt elegant even. The downstairs common area was very welcoming, even for a couple of introverts we made some new friends and hung out for what felt like all night. We will definitely...

"Cute European type hotel with beautiful views and flowers! Even got a few breakfast that was down the street! Excellent! Would book this place again!"

"Minimal."

"They list that there is a restaurant. However the restaurant hours are terrible. You can’t get breakfast or dinner. They are only open from 11-3"

"Perfect little room for a one-night stay! Right off the main strip, could walk to everything! Would definitely recommend!"

"Great location. Helpful staff"

"Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though. "

"Loved the stay with Connie and Greg Very hospital and accommodating Definitely will visit again for a longer time"
