"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "Appartment was small, but clean and neat. Everything we needed was present.You get what you pay for. Perfect location, along the slopes"

"Rooms were clean and the location is probably the best you can ask for. The only reason not giving it 5 stars is that rooms are a bit small for longer stays, which we had a 7 night stay and toward the end of our stay we felt we needed more space in the room. I would certainly consider staying here for a future ski vacation."

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."
