"The staffs were very friendly. The property is average. Dinning is limited "

"Staff was respectful and kind. The place was quiet and decent."

"Clean, quiet and serene. A good getaway. Staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and sufficient. The car parking and boat transfer are very helpful. The reliance on electricity from the national grid is a weakness. We couldn't have grilled food because electricity had gone. The generator should be used whenever electricity goes. The room can get quite hot at night."

"Amazing place to stay in Kalangala. Such a comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As we stayed during the week we had the place to ourselves. Pool area was lovely. Food was delish! The forest activities were a lot of fun! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature as well as the views of Lake Victoria! "

"Waking up from a quiet night's sleep on a comfortable mattress with spotless sheets and walking out to sit on Claire's veranda to bird watch each morning was the highlight of my day. A hamerkop, bulbuls and mousebirds (among 10+ other types) came to visit while storks, pied kingfishers and even African greys flew by. A monkey on a neighboring roof was seen too. All this nature, yet five minutes walk to the lakeshore lined with restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the Carrefour. "

"On arrival, told no record of me. Price very different to what Expedia listed and I had to pay $40 US cash. Owner says she does not like Expedia, they never pay her. Difficult to get in and out of as gate to property is always locked. Rooms are ok, wifi is good. Just remember you will pay a lot more than what Expedia says, and have the cash. Close to lake shore."
