"Not clean - stained furniture, blocked basin, grubby tabletop, carpets and walls fairly grubby Noisy - the trains were very loud if you are on the train track side (the side with the racecourse view) Lifts - frequently 2 out of the 4 were out of service Mugs and glasses - very few, only one decent glass, would expect more than that for an apartment that comes with a kitchen!"

"Caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived very late and he was more than accomodating. Great location for our needs. Awesome city views from our room. Wide secure car parking. The set up is a little strange with two different companies in the same complex and they are no longer in the reception area. But it was comfortable enough and met our needs."

"Plenty of hot water available and showers Clean quiet rooms Easy access to come and go Helpful staff Good value"

The location is fantastic, a short walk to MCG and accessible to public transport. The room was really spacious and my room overlooked some nice trees. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hosts seemed lovely. Now.. the cleanliness was beyond bad. It is in need...
