"I booked a twin room with parking and breakfast for 3 nights. The room was very, very small but as we were visiting family we only needed it for late evening and sleeping.
After booking I was told there was a few parking spaces outside the hotel, not able to reserve them, first come first served but street parking was free.... unfortunately we arrived each evening at 9:30pm and all the spaces and all the streets around were jam packed. So parking was a real problem.

It looks as if there has been no attempts of upkeep at the property for years.

"Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room.
Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"Fantastic location overlooking the hilltop sea views. Last minute overnight booking, with only the rear looking room available (would like to try the sea view rooms next time). Room was immaculately clean with a fan, iron (and board), hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle (also tea, coffee and milk, that you can have refilled if you need more). Staff were absolutely fantastic from the time we checked in to when we left. Bar and food area downstairs (also plenty of outdoor seating).

"Stayed for 5 nights, have stayed before. Guesthouse 2 minute walk to front. Room had small fridge and microwave which was ideal for me, was advised private bathroom but was sharing with 2 others, not happy about that but otherwise a lovely stay. Marina very helpful on arrival and chatty throughout stay. I would return."

"Good apartment for 3, very clean and well maintained. Both the double and single were ensuite bedrooms. Linen and towels supplied. Coffee,tea, sugar, milk,water and pepper and salt all supplied. It saved us going shopping on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want in a good position for seafront and town and days out."
