"Convenient location"

"Room generally comfortable, TV and Air Conditioner [heater] worked okay. Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!"

"Very nice clean comfortable room."

"The apartment was great and we loved the area but the check-in/check-out process is very inconvenient – particularly when you have considerable luggage to deal with. To the owners of the property: You have a really nice apartment at a great price point, please stop forcing people to collect and drop off keys at a random grocery shop several minutes walk away from the property!!!"

"Carpets where stained and walls marked up property management was good but overall probably wouldnt stay again "

"Family and fur friendly. Surprising suburban oasis - loved our stay. Convenient for city trams and local amenities. Owners a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again."

"Very friendly staff, beautiful room clean fresh great views of the lake and grape vines"

"At 73 I would have preferred to know at time of booking key pick up was not at property. Property was wonderful with easy access to train station, Austin Hospital and shops."

"Location is great and property is spacious. However, maintenance of the property needs to be improved."

"It was amazing to stay in a historic hotel "

"Amazing property. Incredible views. Very clean and fitted out. Perfect for larger group. We would love to come back. "

"Communication was a bit poor. When we arrived we had no idea where to find the key. Tried calling, no answer so we spent 10 minutes looking by around. No one ever called back. The best could be more comfortable but they def aren’t the worst. Besides the poor communication everything else was fine. "

"Beautiful place that we really loved especially sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings enjoying local wines. Spacious private cottage. Rustic country charm and very romantic. Would definitely recommend it to others. "
