Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."

Some of the walls were very damp with bubbling of the paint and mould. There was mould around the bathroom plug and around the edge of the shower. The sofas had lost their springs and incredibly uncomfortable which wasn't helped with being made from hessian. The bed was very bouncy so when my husband rolled over I bounced...
