"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
"طاقم استقبال سيئ ،، ويبحثون عن إى شي لكي يقوموا بسرقة تأمين ع الشقة يقدر ب 187 $

Bad reception employees,,and bad services ,,"
"Great location - very close to many restaurants, shopping, interlaken ost station but poor amenities - no elevator so had to drag suitcases to third floor. No breakfast available on site, but available close by. Bathrooms were clean but very small and some rooms have shared bathrooms. Reception staff was available on call. Overall, lacked a positive experience."
"القرية هادئة تبعد عن انترلاكن 5 دقائق بالسيارة .. الموظفين ودودين للغاية وحجزنا كان مع افطار وكان جيد .. هناك حديقة خلفية بها انواع كثيرة من الفاكهة والخضروات .. المواقف امام الفندق مجانية .. الغرفة جيدة ولكن لا يوجد تكييف ولا يوجد ثلاجة .. اعجبني اطلالة الغرفة على الجبل"
"Cute little property and perfect for our one night stay in Interlaken. The cafe is adorable and breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."
"Nice and next to the lake. Loved the place and it’s very calm. If you are looking for a fancy place. It’s not for you. This is for travelers who can just stop by relax and move on. Nice village vibe. Loved it"
"It's an older building but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was good to get a great start every morning. Location also withing walking distance of nearby train station and grocery stores - though a bit far from main thoroughfare at Interlaken. Had difficulty communicating with staff, who are only on site for a limited hours, due to language barrier. Otherwise all good."
"1. lost the electric power in the restaurant and microwave machine - hotel told the power breaker was off last night - no excuses
2. Sound of mice in the wall
3. Two lights in the room were lost power connection
4. Room keys are heavy like India Punjab warehouse keys - needs to lock the room door manually for sleep. Then needs to open to move out to the bathroom
5. Every lights are not bright enough - line the lights of mine"
