"One of the single beds smelled of urine. Staff agreed and offered to change sheets. We removed sheets and mattress again smelled of urine, so new sheets wasnt going to fix that. Staff brought us a cot as the solution, as all other rooms were full. Floor was also very wet. We were told it was shampooed, which I guess is good, but the floor literally soaked our socks.
