We’re on the second floor to start with, after a hour, non stop banging noises from the floor above made us feel so annoying. We asked the front desk to check but were told that they didn’t hear anything. We requested for a room change, even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff was able to change the room for us. We got a quiet room and good stay on the fourth floor."
