"Lady at front desk was very nice and let us check in a bit early and even gave us a lakeside view room! What an amazing view it is! Hotel is older but very clean only complaint would have to be the shower head was awful and needed to be replaced. Located with water on both sides is pretty awesome as well. Close to everything and would stay there again."

"Check in was quick and pretty much painless. When booking a room with a pet online, take note that the pet fee is not included ($30). Didnt get to use the pool or courtyard as there was a very large group that had taken over the entire area for a pig roast. My shower head was terrible! Zero pressure dripped so bad it soaked the bathroom floor. In the morning when checking for all our possessions, I discovered the smoke detector inside the desk! "I’m always torn to rave about hidden gems b/c I don’t want my favourite places to be overrun however, this is the definitely the best place to stay in Osoyoos with the best pool. The water is fresh and not over-chlorinated, pool area is super clean with lots of shady spots and seating/tables for families, fully gated to keep the kids in or out - your choice! Same for the hot tub which is wonderfully hidden from general foot traffic. The owners are extremely hospitable and genuinely kind hearted...
