"I didn't get the room I booked from the add. I was put in a room with no window, tiny, hot.The top of the side table was so sticky my phone stuck to it. No milk in little fridge. Shared bathroom with wet towels left on floor, shared toilet with no paper. No easy directions to get out. Got locked in stairwell."

"Perfect location to stay and enjoy all that Wellington has to offer at your fingertips. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely perfect for WoW!"

"Nice staff when I arrived quite late for my first visit, but they helped me to sort out things effectively."

"Clean room and good staff Don’t have a microwave oven inside the room or a public kitchen that’s the only issue if you stay for more days"

Towels weren't very absorbent, but there were enough. Felt like a retirement village because that is what it has been in past."

"Set on the hill behind the city and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Driving access to the area was surprisingly easy for a country gal like me. Our room was downstairs, eclectic but clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure. Take your own pillow if you’re fussy. We were in Wellington for WOW and the price we paid was a total bargain compared to family and friends staying in the big hotels close to the TSB show place. In the bad weather we...
