"Reception is open twice a day for about 2hrs. There’s no coffee or anything in the room but there is a kettle and a coffee machine for some reason. "The pods are so small I could not get into them and when I asked for a switch to a shared room instead, I had to pay more. Towels were not included and you have to pay extra for a towel. The shower leaked water out to the floor so with a shared room of 4 people showering... You can imagine how flooded the bathroom became. "The room was okay. The beds were comfy and had all amenities needed for a couple of nights stay. The plug was hanging off the wall, the blinds wouldn’t shut, there was bare electrical cables taped up next to the shower in the bathroom. Was okay, but a few issues found."
