When we 1st arrived at Wailoaloa resort reception, the girl working at the desk was very rude and lazy. Without even bothering to check our reservation, she immediately sent us away to their hotel in Namaka. When we arrived at the Namaka property, the lady at the reception there was the exact opposite-highly professional, welcoming and incredible...

I made a mistake and booked on October 12th the 13th because I arrived at 4:50 a.m. as opposed to booking October 11th October 12th on a non-refundable hotel room when I realized what I did I called them and they let me stay in the room from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon to catch my cruise. Despite having booking confirmation from Expedia, there was no accommodation available and I had to resort to finding emergency accommodation at 6pm during a very busy time for Nadi where safe accommodation was extremely hard to find and ended up being ridiculously expensive. Expedia apparently need approval/confirmation from the apartment manager to issue a refund and to no surprise, they are not answering nor calling back. These apartments should be...

"This hotel is a good buget hotel that is well priced and clean. It has a small number of meals and drinks available at its small attached restaurant if needed and the staff were able to organise a taxi to the airport for us. It has a pool as well although we only stayed one night so didn’t use it."
