"Stay was fine. The reason for my 1-star was the fact that I had to buy a lock for my locker, since I could not find mine. I finally found mine 4 hours later and tried to return the lock I had just purchased and get a refund and was terribly treated at reception. The guy literally said: you bought it, it is your problem. That ruined the experience for me. "

"I like how close it was to the bus and train, also that was secure with the cards, the recicle, the facilities (common areas, laundry, kitchen and food service too. "Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. The mall is nice, albeit things are not open 24/7, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was in the area."

"A lot of positive things here. The communal area is huge with space to relax, eat, drink, play games. Cheap and good options to eat and drink here. Location is good, near Norrebro metro station. The bed was very comfy, enough space in the room, but it felt very hot at times. The bathroom and showers area is also huge. My main negative comment would be that the water pressure is way too weak, the rain is sometimes harder."

"I was in Copenhagen for the Metallica gigs and found the WakeUp was perfect for my needs. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, there was a large time window for having breakfast so no rush, it was quiet and location-wise it was ideal - only 5 minutes walk from the Metro and no more than 30 minutes walk to most sights (including the stadium). The staff were very efficient and friendly, and happy to help. The luggage lockers were great for the final morning after check-out. My only comment would be around the shower - the water was slow-draining so need to make sure the water is not too high-pressure or the entire bathroom is flooded."
