"Overall the property was great, view beautiful and property clean. This unit the porch is not in the front view of water but can see through the trees. Property well stocked with necessities. We were here to surprise family for a graduation so location was awesome for us only 5 min. drive. Downtown about 30 min away. Parking is down a small hill and a few stairs to unit if you have someone who might not be elderly or disabled keep in mind. Can pick up at the top after a few stairs. Beach...

"The view was amazing and there was plenty of room to stretch out for my family of 7 adults and 2 kids.The house is a bit more like an apartment. There was year round renters in the bottom half of the house. The owner could have been a bit more communicative regarding check in and out expectations. "
