"Carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned. coffee machine wasn't clean. Water in the shower was lukewarm. excellent location and staff. Beds were very comfortable. Clean towels. Television would freeze Breakfast was delicious."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva."
