"Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean. "I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok. Chinese Food restaurants are on many on the street, a mini-seat around park nearby. Nearest local subway station is Wenmiao station"
