"The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay...

"Dirty/Stained Sheets. Old Toothpaste found on Mirror and Sink, once checked in. Smoky Smell."

"Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty."

"Every one is entitled to their own opinion and here goes my: For what we are paying it's more than enough. It's right next to the main highway. My room did have hot water yet I didn't take a shower. Yes room had bugs(Lady Bugs), yes the hotel has an horrible smell of cigarettes. Ac worked great. I was able to get a yogurt in the morning during my check out. Staff is great and they're doing what they can with that they have. It isn't their fault owners don't want to invest in the property."
