The hotel is central and is around any nearby events like Kaya Kaya, Curaçao North Sea Jazz and other cultural activities happening in the area of Otrobanda. Only there is limited parking space and outsiders tend to park on the limited parking lot causing visitors with cars will have difficulty parking. Advisable is to restrict outsiders from parking on the hotel parking lot"

"The rooms are nice and well-lit, and the bathrooms are big. However, as a boutique hotel, it does not have a dining room or room service. Rooms also lack a place to sit down to work or put make-up (for ladies). The restaurants are located a few steps from the property. They are nice, serve good food, and are full of people, but they only open after 5 p.m. For lunch around the hotel, you must walk to the ocean-front hotels (less than a block) that have good restaurants with wonderful views."

"A basic property with minimal everything but good enough if you're on a budget. Kitchenette, bathroom, small lounge with not enough comfortable chairs (there were 2 but there was 3 of us, and the place is set up for 4 so it seemed strange). Easy quick walking distance to the centre, supermarkets nearby. A small nice town beach nearby."

"I won’t lie, staying here wasn’t our first choice, we actually had reservations at another resort but due to some construction, we had to move hotels & we found Hersher and what a find it was! The owners were so lovely & friendly, the room was very clean & their property was beautiful. Our rental car fell thru to add to our troubles but the owners would drive us to our locations everyday and make sure we had transportation home or at least we knew how to get home safely. They truly went above...
