"Llegamos y tuvieron q marcar para q vinieran a abrirnos. No sabían de nuestra reserva. Así q limpio no estaba. Chico Incomodo. Sin toallas. Llovió y con goteras. Era de noche todo se nos mojo. Muy incómoda la traila. Teníamos muchas ganas de vivir la experiencia y la odiamos. Para rematar apareció una araña. Muy incomoda la regadera. Llame y sentí q hasta se rieron … y no solo fue mi impresión. Me dijeron nos hubieras dicho. A las 2 de la mañana ??? Salimos al amanecer ya no...

"The property did not respond to emails or phone calls. No code to get in was ever sent Phone calls from me or the neighbor lady were not answered . We never got into the property and had to find alternative accommodations for the night..The address is wrong and 121 takes you to a run down building so you must be a bit of a detective to even find the correct building Would it be hard to put your house numbet on your building? The neighborhood is more run down then i would have thought. I cant say...

"We booked a room with a single bed but got a tiny room with two tiny very hard beds. There was no breakfast available, not even coffee in the morning.. the restaurant was closed completely. No air conditioning, just a fan with tiny slatted windows. Calling this place a “Boutique Hotel” is a joke..we stayed at hotels in truck stops better than this… we couldn’t wait to leave"
