"The place was filthy. Bags over every smoke detector. Missing and burnt out light bulbs everywhere. Adjoining room doors duct taped shut. Broken window latches. Some one already in the first room they gave me, then they were full so I got put in the room with all the breakfast food in the fridge. I don't think a vacuum has ever seen inside this building. A/C plug could not be plugged in to wall because cord didn't match the receptacle. Dead bugs, hairs, and stains throughout the room. Oh, and...
