"Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card."
"To be honest not sure how this property gets a 9.0 on Expedia, clearly there is a way to manipulate the system.
Best thing about this property is the price which is very good but that does not make up for its short falls.
Exterior of the building looking a bit rundown and not in a very nice part of town. Very suspect people in the area at night, I would be very cautious.
Building on an extremely busy road and only has single glazed windows which makes it very noisy even into the early...
"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. "Although a one-bathroom cottage with a downstairs shower looked initially to be difficult for our party of five, we quickly came to terms with it and enjoyed our stay. With bedroom windows opened we enjoyed the early morning views and sounds of the north Norfolk coast. The property was ideally located close to downtown Wells. All in all - a hit👌"
"The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore.
There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. "
