"The rooms were clean. The staff were nice. I loved the vertical check in and the coffee and hot chocolate bar was delish."

"Perfect hotel if you won't be spending much time in your room/hotel. Not many amenities. Fridge in room was broken and I was told I needed to turn it on. It was close to my destination and clean enough. No body wash was in the bathroom; just one thing of conditioner and 3 things of shampoo."

"staff was cold at best when i checked in and degrading at worst, hotel was messy too, sheets and towels stained n tried not to look too close at anything. also really loud all the time. that said, it’s a cheap hotel so idk what one would really expect other than basic manners"

This is nearly identical to a previous stay I had at this hotel."

"Upon checking in, we were charged two separate $100 deposits, totaling $200. The receptionist explained that their system was not showing the initial deposit, which resulted in us being charged a second time. Although the duplicate $100 deposit was eventually refunded, the situation caused considerable inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and a significant loss of time while we waited for the funds to become available again. This was particularly frustrating because we were depending on that...
