The best thing about our stay was the hospitality and professionalism displayed by the Hotel Staff, especially the Housekeeping Staff. The Housekeeping Staff, especially the African-American young lady who appeared to be the Lead, were great and treated us like Family. Well done to the Staff!"

"This is an older building and any short comings derived from age. The staff were friendly, patient and polite. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had no issues with noise. The breakfast was nothing fancy, and in-line with most “free breakfast” I’ve had at other hotels. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. There’s something quaint about the age of building, and the staff is great. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels with much worse personnel. "

"Beds amazing … hotel older and smelled musty but over all a good location to take cruise. They offered a shuttle service for charge but comparatively priced to Uber and knew we were all going to the port together as a larger group not in different vehicles. "
