"Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. Called the hotel’s phone number but was on hold. When the desk clerk became unavailable she stated her apologies that she was upstairs. She needs a portable phone in order to “help” the staff and be available when guests arrive. Checking out again no clerk just left keys and departed as I know my charges was already in my card."

"The manager who checked is in was amazing. However, it was obvious the location was vastly understaffed. I saw them (manager) working what seemed like 24/7. Barely saw any other employees. STOP UNDERSTAFFING"

"This is a nicer Motel 6 with very clean rooms and modern amenities. The area has plenty of food choices within walking distance. As some have noted it does house migrants and the homeless but I avoided them and they did not bother me. I am not sure how safe a woman staying by herself would be here so thought I would mention this. Other than that not a bad choice. "

"My husband and I were very pleased with the Sonesta. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job in our room. The room was exceptionally clean due to every aspect of cleaning process being tend too. We were quite impressed because the room was immaculate! "Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Facilities are new and room is generally clean other than a small red stain noted on the duvet cover. Inclusion of breakfast is a plus."

"My stay was correct. Large room, clean and quite. But this is an old motel. Nothing to complain. But, the place need some work to be done in general. For an exemple my door entry to the room need some love. "

"The staff is awesome, the dining was average , but the area is dirty, noisy, high traffic which is dangerous for families."

"The property was clean and the hotel was easy to find. There is a drive up area where you can load and unload. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the snacks that were available for purchase in the lobby. The staff that were on duty when checking out never acknowledged us. They could have said, "Thank you for staying with us", "Have a nice day"...or literally anything, but they didn't. If you arrive later in the evening, you may have difficulty finding close...

"The room and property were all fine, cookies and infused water in the lobby were nice. The only reason to not give it 5 stars is that i would not want people to think they were in a luxury location. It is an immaculate and quiet room in the city where there isn't a lot of space around it. Rooms open to the parking. Definitely at least 4.5 states"

"The hotel’s front desk confirmed you can hear a recreational shooting range nearby. We found the noise of rifle shots to be disturbing. "

"Thais is the second time we have stayed here-first in Nov 2023 to go to Boston and now 5/30/2024 to go to Gillette Stadium to see The Rolling Stones. Best affordable option. Clean, quiet, attentive staff, very comfortable rooms, nice free breakfast. "
