"Clean, quiet room for sleep. Good breakfast."

Hotel 100% recomendable."

"Wear earplugs. It’s super loud from the bar next door. We couldn’t sleep because the music went on until 10am. It started at 7pm. The hotel is nice and aesthetically pleasing but if you want a quiet nights rest I wouldn’t recommend this place The location is very centralized, easy to get to the plaza and restaurants"

"Nothing serious. Stair way needs better lighting."

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"The hotel location is great, 4-5 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants and the main attractions. The staff was super helpful. The room and amenities are basic, but clean. There are a few steps from the road where the car can park to the hotel entrance, so you have to lift your luggages for a few steps. We had a great time in Ollantaytambo."

"Just that room 201 needs to get darker, big window doesn’t have a proper curtains or blinders and the sunrise begins at 5:00 am it gets really unfortunately it gets really uncomfortable if you try to rest , also some music coming from the back yard make some noise when trying to rest. This is just for recommendations everything else I had an amazing experience,, Fatima great hostess ever ."

"We pick the hotel because it was close to the train station, but the stay was uncomfortable Hot water was intermittent Attention from the staff was bad, on our first day, our room was not made because we did not leave the key, we were told. That information was not provided at check in We were provided a set of towels. This in a location where there is hot weather and rain on the same day It was hard to find support during the day. The bathroom had a single roll of toilet paper for a group...

"Lovely staff and great room. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend. Street noise but as to be expected."

"Small simple breakfast"

"Friendly staffs, clean room and property, modern design,"

"Staff was super friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday."
