"A friend and I recently decided to stay at the Lake LBJ Inn over Memorial Day Weekend and enjoyed our experience. We will definitely come back! We were part of a larger group staying in a home near the lake - a 2.5 minute walk away. Every interaction with the owners and staff were pleasant and we loved our space - more room than I was expecting! It was VERY clean and quiet, even though you're near a main road. "The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go."

"We came to this property for a dance convention. The location is great. Within walking distance of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Also parking out front. However the place smelled of dog. The couches were covered in dog hair and the pillows smelled so bad. Our friends stayed in the main floor room and said it reeked of dog in there. There was also dried up hair in the washing machine. Our toilet did break but the repair man came within a few hours to look at it. I think if they cleaned the place...
