"Brilliant hotel & restaurant. Really helpful and friendly staff. Room was excellent with a great bathroom with bath & walk in shower. Lovely breakfast selection in a room overlooking the harbour. Free parking was available but limited."
"The room is very small and I would never stay again. Very cheap bed and mattress. I would rather stay in a hostel because you get a clean bed, clean mattress and clean sheets unlike here."
"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with.
It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues.
And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively.
Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

Pub doesn't open till 4pm and No reply when I rang as I was going to be a little early. Room was lovely and clean. Had a small fridge and coffee and tea etc. Bathroom was just right, shower was good and it was spotless. Kudos to their cleaner.
