"We stayed here as it looked like a quiet spot out of the way. There were lots of dining options around Wooster and it's close to the highway. Didn't bring bathing suits but the pool looked nice. It wasn't loud here and the room was comfy. The bathroom needed a bit of updating - the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall and the curved shower rod meant the curtain didn't stay inside the skinny tub very easily which made a mess. "

"Stayed for three days while visiting my sister and husband on our way back home. Now I wish we had taken a suite. I'd like to mention Isaac who helped us get our female cat out from under the bed and plugged the area she got under there. The entire staf was very friendly and caring as I was dealing with a severe back injury. The shower nozzle neededto have a soft setting. M any thanks to the staff..."

"Nice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast were good to very good. Having luggage cards easily available was a plus. The room was large uncomfortable. The mattress was not so great but not terrible. The sink drain was extremely slow to stop up and took two days Until maintenance responded, but once they were there, it worked very well again. There was ceiling water damage over the shower area either due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom, cleaning to high humidity and paint feeling or water damage...

"Easy check-in. Room was ready and up to our standards. Huge fridge! Bed and pillows were super comfy. Nice hot and cold breakfast selections. The guy working the front desk in the morning was fantastic - a young boy came down by himself to get breakfast and instead of watching him struggle he jumped right up to help the young kid with the waffle maker and continued to help him gather food for what was presumably the rest of his family having a lie in. Great customer service and refreshing to...
