"It was nice and warm in the room witch I was glad about because the weather was shocking nice clean room and parking was good I would stay again"

"Room was cold heating not working. Was a portable heater in room. Carpet was absolutely filthy. Chair was ripped. Bathroom was clean"

"(October 2026, on a Monday) At the time best price in 100(!) miles radius. En-suite enclosed parking included heating on as centre location lot of good amenities around....all surprise Not for wheelchair user."

"The shower didn’t work, I try to turn it on and the water sprays all over the walls and ceiling and the, no staff around to help"

"Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !"

"Our room was very nice and comfortable."

"Firstly the accommodation was very clean and modern, it allowed us the opportunity to experience city life and travel to MANCHESTER was very easy, However there seemed to be some administrative issues and communication wasn’t great. We didn’t hear from the venue until 3.25pm despite being able to access the rooms from 3pm. We had no access code and when asked were informed to wait until after 3pm, thankfully at 3.25 we were given the code. In addition, we paid for a superior city view...

"Decent room and nice hotel"

"Loved the room bed and bathroom lots of nice features and the pub was good"

"Had a lovely stay. The room was nice and clean. Really cosy interiors as well. Bed super comfy and the shower was excellent. Really appreciated them accepting a later checkout as well. Would definitely stay again ."

"We were surprised to find that the room did not have a bathroom and it was actually shared by many rooms. For the price we paid, I would have expected not to be sharing a bathroom. Apart from that misunderstanding, the room was fine. There was tea and coffee provided but only one mug. The staff member was nice and provided items we asked for like towels, soap, iron. It was a learning experience for us that in future to make sure to know what you’re getting before booking. All in all, was...

"Amazing place. Highly suggest staying here."

"First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."

"The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Quite basic but serviceable. What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease."
