"Excellent stay. Reached before the check in time but they had a storage to store my bag which was convenient as I didn’t want to carry my luggage around the shopping centre. About 10mins walk from bullring. Clean room and great staff. Only thing I would advise is for the guests to be provided slippers in the hotel room. Other than that, everything was perfect and the room was clean too. Great staff and security was present and kind which made me feel safe. Would visit again."

"Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. I have not had a refund having contacted the hotel again and having a email conversation with the manger. It a budget hotel, so the 2 night stay I paid for isn’t worth my time perusing. "Room which I stayed was clean enough but difficult to move around due to infrastructure and size (single adult). Staff were courteous and very helpful. No issues with parking. Many shops and food places nearby. Overall the stay was good. "

"Lovely staff! Comfy room and bed, very clean, silence at most times, you can use the toaster and microwave in their common area and complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room. Stunning nature around the hotel and a beautiful area in the backyard."
