"Echoing most of the reviews for this property. The condo was small, but fit our needs (2 guests). Check in was fine, and I was aware that the condos are owned privately and didn't have in-house guest services. It is a good location due to its vicinity to restaurants and shops. I had a view of the beach, but at times it did get noisy because of cars passing by blasting their music. The negatives I had was that the AC was too loud and agitated my allergies. "This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "

"We didn't want to leave! The panoramic views from this condo are breathtaking and never get old. From watching early morning surfers to midday fish and sunsets in the evening, there is always something mesmerizing to watch.
