"There was bugs in the room and bed , changed to another room bugs again. review said there are fresh muffins and bread in the morning, there was nothing , the wifi was terrible, tv did not work , no coffee. it was the worst experience. also, no Air conditioning"

"The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car."
