Staff were terrible, I have to call to get my access code and they end up giving wrong access codeI booked room 1 they put me in room 4. I called to find out why and they responded by text message and then closed work for the day."

"Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home.
