"1 hour wait to check in. Then when we go to check in they didn't have a room for us. We had to get ready for our event that evening in the hotel lobby bathroom. Next day we asked for a refund and they said we had to contact Expedia who booked through but that was next to impossible. The hotel was supposed to contact Expedia and issue refund. We got nothing accomplished but inconvenience with this hotel start to finish! We will never stay there again."

If you’re booking this place and need reliable internet for work, be prepared to go to a nearby Starbucks. The staff said there was nothing they could do because the Wi-Fi was working on their computer, but it was still unusable for me.
