"There was a “massage”"

"The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bathroom walls and shower had mold stains and room floors dirty. Vent in bathroom ready to fall out of ceiling. Returned to room and neither key would work! "Room was nice and clean"

"Clean room nice staff"

"Wonderful front desk employees, welcoming and helpful. Clean rooms and main areas."

"Staff was amazing however not very clean stains on furniture, walls, and even the shower. But, it was okay."

"This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. "

"Front desk was terrible morning person was sleeping at the desk. Back door security lock was broken anyone could walk in. This hotel needs new management and fast."

"Great stay!"

"Good service! Surrounding area substandard"
