"Rooms need updating"

"We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip and this hotel was definitely the best. The room was quiet, bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also well lit and clean. Breakfast was a buffet and the eating area was wide open and spacious. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn."

"The location is good. Right of the freeway. The the girl at the check in desk was not very informative. I guess she's just assumed that we knew where the breakfast was and what time it was served and where the ice was. She seemed disconnected from helping guests. The room was fairly clean. Except for the ice bucket life. It had some sort of dirt on it I physically cleaned it. I took pictures of it. The room it self really lacked maintenance. There was water damage right by the toilet and sink....

"We asked for a non smoking room but the smell was very overwhelming of stall smoke smell. We question about our reservation, thought possibly we didn't request the correct room but we did. The office manager said it was only used by 2 "old lady's from California". Yet there was a cigarette ash tray on the tray with the coffee, water glasses etc. We used Expedia for the last 2 weeks while on vacation... very disappointed with this place. Plus the TV doesn't work unless the office does something...

"clean room, good breakfast"

"Room was not clean the TV didn't work I rented 3 rooms online and never will stay there again one of the rooms had broken lamps on all lamps and when they woke up coach roaches was running in all the pictures all rooms was dirty and smelled like bug spray we was all so tired we didn't relize till we woke up very disappointed"

"Very comfortable stay and the breakfast was way better than your average motel breakfast!"

"Bei unserer Ankunft (36°) war der Kühlschrank ausgeschaltet und eine Ice-maschine gab es nicht. Also mussten wir an der Tankstelle Ice kaufen. WiFi Passwort musste man anfragen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft okay. Nachts war es ruhig und die Gegend würde ich als sicher einschätzen"

"Dirty. Poorly maintaned."
