"Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets."

"Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must."

"Which hotel at 2:45 to check in they told me the room wasn’t ready with it for an hour. Came back. Still wasn’t ready. Wait it again for next hour. Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. I tried to go to other places to see if they...

"No clean no good toilet no break fast morning"

"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"First room didn’t have what I paid for, no sofa at all, second room had a sofa but no bed in it. Bathroom Door was broken and it was dirty in the room also it had small roaches. Immediately cancelled. "
