"Very nice place, amazing views"

"TERRIBLE!! The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. "Very conveniently located. Breakfast was great."

"The tv didn’t work. The conditioner container was empty. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We kept rolling into the center."

"I stayed for two nights and everything was perfect. I was close to restaurants and three miles from the aquarium. I didn’t care much for their brand of coffee but I got some close by. Parked right outside my room and had no noise from the road. Great place to stay"

"I was pleasantly surprised. I had low expectations, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. A bargain at that price."

"Was undergoing a renovation that was not disclosed on the listing. As a result, there was no breakfast (just a grab and go muffin), no room for trailer parking (despite listing saying there was), hallway carpets were covered, room numbers were handwritten post-it notes, and rooms had taste and smell of construction dust."
