"Staff friendly, no room at car park when there is a function on"

"When we arrived we were put on the 2nd floor but the lift wasn't working thankfully the staff carried our suitcases up, got to our room seemed ok .nice and warm but what we didn't realise at the time the heating had just gone off and later we found out it comes on full with no chance of turning it off and your can't open the windows. We only had one set of towels for two people and very little teas, coffee, milk and toilet rolls. We went and asked for them and were given them straight away and...

"Central location with a great view. Nice room with en suite, everything very clean, decent breakfast and helpful staff."

"Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room."

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. "The room was very clean, very comfortable, with quality fittings. Comfortable bed, quality bedlinen, soft towels, helpful host - highly recommended."

"Fantastic comfortable stay"

"I arrived could not find the accommodation, went on line and discovered that the accommodation was permanently closed. I had to pay for alternate accommodation and have not had any contact from Expedia "

"Convenient for the Coastal Path, with Coop and Pub nearby. A good place to stay for a night. Dinning area is useful, but limited cooking options."

"The host made the check in easy and was responsive to all our questions and issues. The apartment, facilities and utensils were spotless and in great condition. For a stay in Chelmsford, the location is an easy walk or drive to any and all destinations."
