"The location is under construction yet is operating at very well. The staff is nice and the room was well cleaned when I arrived. Breakfasts in the morning was decent and a plus in the mornings to have ready. Once the construction is complete the hotel will be a lot better to stay at. Only issue was the outside during the nights, very sketch. Could just be a bad location. The entrance is tough to find as well. Not through the Jimmy Johns. The signage is slightly blocked coming from i-5 and...

"PROPERTY WAS CONVENIENT TO THE TACOMA LOCATION. PROPERTY IS CLEAN. ROOM WAS CLEAN, EXCEPT FOR THE DOOR WHICH WAS BROKEN. ADDRESSED IT WITH THE EVENING FRONT DESK BUT WAS NEVER FIXED. BREAKFAST WAS OK. NO ATTTENDANT TO CLEAN LIKE OTHER HOTELS. MORNING FRONT DESK WAS HELPFUL."

"The room smelled really bad, the pool was closed, nighttime staff was very rude. They have plumbing problems and our toilet clogged, i alerted the nighttime staff and very rudely told me to come get the plunger as i approached the front desk someone else was coming back with the plunger. I had to unclog the toilet myself and I’m disabled. I will never return to this place again, there were druggies all around the property."

"This is a good hotel to stay at, safe, clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast. However, online it’s stated they have laundry, they DO NOT. We booked here due to the listing of laundry so we could wash some clothes before moving on and were disappointed when we were informed they actually didn’t have them."

My key didn’t work upon entry when the worker walked by randomly , I asked if he could run and get me a key because my young son was sitting at the door and we were on the second floor and their were people all around that didn’t look trustworthy . He flinched like he wanted to punch me when I asked and walked off . He came back 5 minutes later and told me He could not get me a working key unless I go to the office. I...

"Well, it’s a Holiday Inn Express, and we stay there because we know what to expect. We weren’t disappointed at this one. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was as good as any I’ve been to. Staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good. I’d stay there again!"
