"Excellent staff and wonderful check in as they also provided us with some places to visit around the village along with coupons to the restaurant at the hotel. We were also allowed to store our luggage in their locked room.
This was our favourite stay in Switzerland and we will definitely want to come back. The views, the vibes, and the coziness were the highlight for us. We didn’t want to leave. Incredibly clean, very spacious rooms, and a large renovated bathroom."

We had a great night and the location was incredible with amazing views. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a nice patio to relax and enjoy the summer evening and morning sunshine. "Great hotel in the middle of Zermatt. Great Matterhorn views, nice breakfast, Rooms are small and the internet could be slow at times. The hotel is older but kept up well.
They have a nice restaurant which we ate at twice. You are given a code to enter the property, as there is not reception area."
"No complaints w the room other than we were not aware we’d be down in a basement room that looked out to a stairwell. Also be aware, if you ask for the shuttle to the train, and their shuttle isn’t available… you won’t pay the reasonable 10 Francs… you’re riding a taxi that will charge much more 😡 (even though the hotel tells you otherwise)"
