"It was clean"

"The room was very dirty. The building itself was not clean, and it looks abandoned. The place really had a bad smell. The bathroom was so dirty, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the bathroom was horrible, the place is absolutely shunk. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody also, they’ll make you check in at 2 PM and check out at 10 in the morning. Can you imagine like it’s it’s not something I would, or place I will go again?"

"Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious."

"Nice, clean and very large room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good hotel which suited our needs."

The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again."

"Good accommodation for value. Pete is very helpful and friendly."

The call recipient finally found it and said they tried calling me on...

"Room smelt musty and stale smoke"

"Convenient for town centre. Self service set up (we didn’t have any issues checking u. and the process was very clear). Room was spacious and clean. Parking was a bit tight."
