"Above a pub - walking up the stairs already made me feel uneasy. Very dusty and a smelly dirty carpet. The room itself would have been fine had it not been for the hair, dirt and used tissues under the bed, the very old very worn and way too soft mattress that makes you feel all the springs and the black bedsheets with holes in them. Not coming back."

"It was an ok place to stay for a night. The amenities were ok but needs updating especially the bed. The shared bathroom was fine but the door needs replacing asap as there’s no handle on the inside and you have to pull the door by the side to be able to get out. The staff was excellent and friendly and can’t fault them at all!"

"The room was ok but the shower was dreadful, leaking all over the place from the shower head. However the location was fine and they did provide free parking."

"No early bag drop or luggage holding, but it was good."

"For me the property worked out great. It was walking distance the Chatham Naval Museum and across the street from the Royal Engineers Museum. A few blocks away there is a lot of good ethnic dinner and the complementary breakfasts were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd stay there again."

"The facilities were amazing. staff are very helpful and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. i had a great stay."

"Parking was easy and secure. Communication with the host before our pre-arranged early arrival was excellent. The apartment, though sparsely furnished, was clean and tidy with comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The kitchen was fine after we located the cutlery on the cupboard top. There being no tea towel, dish cloth or towels in the bathroom we improvised. This apart, it was perfect for our short term stay. "

"The property was clean comfortable and in a convenient location for my needs. I was hoping to use the kitchen more, however although it was well equipped there wasn't any cutlery, glasses mugs or washing up equipment. Perhaps this could be highlighted in the accomodation details. "
