"There was a problem with our first room ( someone had stolen the cable box). The maintenance person Tee was extremely helpful and got us a new room. Unfortunately the hot water in the shower wasn’t working but we only discovered that the next morning "

However, we were not aware of the “repairs” in their renovation process. It made the hallways look rundown and dingy. The front staff was difficult at times to locate but other staff members accommodated in their absence. Housekeeping was very attentive to our many needs and i appreciated their service. "Property was nice and well kept. The room was good size and had normal things like mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. They had okay breakfast. The only issue we had was that the toilet kept stopping up and draining slowly. The first day they gave me a plunger and it seemed to clear up but the next day slow draining again. Was afraid to use it after that. They also had an indoor pool and fitness room. Even though we had the issue with the toilet we would stay there again."
